The Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene across kitchen work areas, cookware, dishware, and food preparation equipment. This role plays a critical behind-the-scenes part in supporting chefs and service staff by ensuring a clean, safe, and fully stocked kitchen environment in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
